Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bank of Credilift's disbursement platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Bank of Credilift is the official fund disbursement platform of Credilift Financial Services.

2. Description of Service

Bank of Credilift provides a secure platform for receiving and transferring funds from approved Credilift loans and credit facilities. The platform allows you to view your deposited funds, request authorization codes, and transfer your approved funds to designated bank accounts or recipients.

3. Account Creation

Bank of Credilift accounts are created exclusively by authorized Credilift managers for approved loan applicants. You cannot self-register for an account. Your account is created after your loan or credit application has been approved by Credilift Financial Services.

4. Fund Disbursement

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Funds deposited in your account are from your approved Credilift loan or credit facility
• You may only transfer funds that have been deposited by Credilift
• All outgoing transfers require an authorization code from your Credilift manager
• Authorization codes are single-use and expire after the designated time period
• You are responsible for providing accurate recipient information for transfers

5. Authorization Codes

Every outgoing transfer from your Bank of Credilift account requires a unique 6-digit authorization code. These codes are generated by your assigned Credilift manager and are tied to specific transfer amounts. You must keep your authorization codes secure and use them only for their intended purpose.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Not share your authorization codes with unauthorized parties
• Notify Credilift immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Provide accurate information for all transfer requests
• Use the platform only for its intended purpose of managing approved loan funds

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to bypass security measures or authorization requirements
• Submit false or misleading transfer information
• Attempt to access accounts other than your own
• Use someone else's authorization codes

8. Loan Repayment

Your use of funds from Bank of Credilift is subject to the terms of your loan agreement with Credilift Financial Services. Repayment terms, interest rates, and schedules are governed by your separate loan agreement and not by these Terms of Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bank of Credilift and Credilift Financial Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including damages resulting from transfer errors caused by incorrect recipient information you provided.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
